We are delighted to announce that Paul Tan has joined Chambers.
As a leading commercial arbitration and litigation lawyer based in Singapore, Paul has a formidable practice acting for multinational corporations, global insurers, financial institutions, funds and Asian governments across a range of industries. Paul’s work over the last two decades has a focus on complex, high-value disputes in telecoms, natural and renewable resources, technology and media, construction and real estate, private equity, banking and financial institutions and environmental, and social and corporate governance, arising under both common and civil law systems.
In addition to his work as counsel, Paul sits as an arbitrator in cases before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He is also a co-author of the forthcoming edition of Mustill & Boyd’s treatise on commercial and investor-state arbitration.
Prior to joining Chambers, Paul led the arbitration practice in Asia for a major US law firm. Paul is able to appear before the Singapore Courts from Paul Tan Law LLC.
