8 Silks and 2 retired Judges from One Essex Court have been shortlisted for individual awards: Laurence Rabinowitz KC and Sonia Tolaney KC are both nominated for Commercial Litigation Silk of the Year; Conall Patton KC is nominated for Competition Silk of the Year; Lord (David) Wolfson KC is nominated for Financial Services and Insurance Silk of the Year; Emma Himsworth KC and Philip Roberts KC are both nominated for Intellectual Property Silk of the Year; Daniel Toledano KC is nominated for International Arbitration Silk of the Year; Lord Neuberger and Dame Elizabeth Gloster are both nominated for Senior Arbitrator of the Year; and Jonathan Bremner KC is nominated for Tax Silk of the Year.
4 Juniors have also been shortlisted for awards: Derek Spitz is nominated for Competition Junior of the Year; Sandy Phipps is nominated for Financial Services and Insurance Junior of the Year; Alaina Newnes is nominated for Intellectual Property Junior of the Year and Nehali Shah is nominated for International Arbitration Junior of the Year.
