One Essex Court is pleased to be a part of London International Disputes Week 2022 (LIDW22), taking place from 9-13 May 2022.
LIDW celebrates London as a leading centre for handling the resolution of international disputes. LIDW22 will be a hybrid event attracting audiences from jurisdictions globally. With its theme ‘Dispute Resolution – Global, Sustainable, Ethical?’, LIDW22 will provide crucial insights on the business and law of international dispute resolution.
One Essex Court is delighted that five members of Chambers will be participating in the programme.

9 May, 09:00-10:30 (BST) - One Essex Court, Fox Williams, Keidan Harrison, LinkLegal and Norton Rose Fulbright will co-host a session on “India – arbitration: the past, the present, the future”. Speakers include Niranjan Venkatesan.
9 May, 13:00-14:30 (BST) - One Essex Court, Morrison & Foerster, Stephenson Harwood, Stewarts and White & Case will co-host a session which will consider “How can London improve its attractiveness/standing and diversity in arbitration proceedings involving African treaties/ parties?”. Speakers include Michael Sullivan QC.
9 May, 13:00-14:30 (BST) - One Essex Court, Fox Williams and Osborne Clarke will co-host a session on “Pushing envelopes across borders: offshore interim relief in international fraud and asset chases”. Speakers include Andrew McLeod.
12 May, 09:00-16:40 (BST) - Dame Elizabeth Gloster will join a panel discussion at GAR Live: London 2022 on “Having your cake and eating it – a discussion on confidentiality”.
12 May, 16:30-18:30 (BST) - One Essex Court, Blackstone Chambers, Fox Williams, Keidan Harrison and Pinsent Masons will co-host a session on “Tackling international fraud from London”. Speakers include Anthony de Garr Robinson QC.
