One Essex Court is pleased to be a Founding Member of London International Disputes Week, taking place from 7-10 May 2019, and is delighted that 8 members of Chambers will be participating in the programme.
On Day 1, Neil Kitchener QC will speak during the “Fraud, Asset Tracing and International Enforcement” session, and later that day, Sonia Tolaney QC will be on the panel during the “Financial Services Disputes” session. Darius Khambata SC, Dame Elizabeth Gloster and Professor Edwin Peel will speak at the flagship conference on 8 May: Edwin will participate in the “Development of English Contract Law” panel and Darius and Dame Elizabeth will both be part of the “A Comparison of Dispute Resolution Procedures” panel. On 9 May, John McCaughran QC will speak during the “Energy Disputes in a Disrupted World: Leveraging our Expertise for What Lies Ahead” session and Dame Elizabeth Gloster will be taking part in the 9th Annual GAR Live London event. On 10 May, Derek Spitz will participate in the panel discussion during the “Competition Disputes” session, and Emma Himsworth QC will form part of the IP panel speaking during the “Intellectual Property Disputes and Life Sciences Disputes” session.
