International Women’s Day has inspired us to actively reach out to school aged young women to encourage them to think about becoming a barrister at the Commercial Bar. Michelle Menashy (Senior Junior, Call 2003), and Daniele Thripp (Team Leader of one of One Essex Court’s Clerking Teams) are visiting Coloma Girls’ School today to speak to Y12 Law Students. This feeds into a programme of encouraging more women to consider a career at the Bar and follows supportive Careers Clinics and Pupillage Workshops, all part of our Women at the Commercial Bar Programme. Full details can be found here.
