Dame Elizabeth Gloster’s report, as Independent Investigator, into the FCA’s regulation of London Capital and Finance was published on 17 December 2020.
London Capital and Finance was a company which issued “mini-bonds”. The firm’s collapse in early 2019 impacted over 11,000 retail investors who had invested over £230m.
