The latest edition of the Technology Lawyers Association Blockchain Legal & Regulatory Guidance has just been published by The Law Society, working in conjunction with the Tech London Advocates’ Blockchain Legal and Regulatory Group, and the Society for Computers and Law.
The guidance, to which Craig Orr KC contributed, builds on the second edition published in 2021 and covers a range of key issues for legal practitioners to be aware of when advising on distributed ledger technology (DLT) related matters. The guidance is divided into two parts: developing technologies and impacts on the wider landscape. Craig Orr co-authored the guidance on dispute resolution and the relationship between DLT and litigation.
A copy of the guidance is available via The Law Society’s website here.
