Sam commenced pupillage at One Essex Court in October 2024.
Sam was awarded three major scholarships to study for the BCL at Oxford University, and obtained distinctions in four options: Commercial Remedies, Philosophical Foundations of the Common Law, Law and Computer Science and Comparative Copyright.
Before coming to the Bar, Sam was a songwriter, record producer and session musician. He worked with artists including Sir Tom Jones, Ed Sheeran and Jessie J.
